PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Certificate Course on Transitional Justice will tackle the fundamental concepts and difference of transitional justice to common judicial processes. Moreover, it will discuss a particular application of transitional justice in the Philippines and highlight the importance of the process in fostering peace and building democracy.
OBJECTIVES
By the end of the session, the participant shall be able to explain the concept, scope, purpose, and principles of transitional justice; apply the principles of transitional justice to a concrete situation; and advance the promotion and fulfilment of transitional justice.
