Nowadays, teachers have been reporting that the 21st-century learners, though endowed with many skills, prove to be more difficult to manage than those from previous generations. This two-hour webinar-workshop will tackle the dynamics of how the “Gen Z” grows up, how these potentially impact behavior and performance, and how teachers, taking into consideration these as well as laws and policies, must adjust his / her demeanor and management style.
