PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The recently signed Universal Health Care Act of 2019 aims to progressively realize universal health care in the
country through a systemic approach and clear delineation of roles of key agencies and stakeholder towards
better performance in the health system and to ensure that all Filipinos are guaranteed equitable access to
quality and affordable health care goods and services, and are protected against financial risks. To disseminate
the correct information on the UHC, and at the same time help eliminate misconceptions that hinder the success
of its implementation, this online course was developed.
OBJECTIVES
This program aims to orient the learners with the Universal Health Care Law. The said activity also seeks to<br/>discuss the role of a professional in implementing the law.
