PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The PLAI-CeLRLC Writeshop Series is one of its kind as it attempts to teach librarians the technical skills that will assist them in preparing required library plans in the smooth and effective delivery of programs and services. For this first leg, six library plans have been selected based on the identified needs of librarians in transitioning the library into the new and emerging normal.
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the training program, the participants are expected to draft:<br/>1. Social Media Management Plan<br/>2. Strategic Communications Plan<br/>3. Collection Analysis and Collection Development Plan<br/>4. Staff Development Plan<br/>5. Information Systems Strategic Plan<br/>6. Disaster Preparedness Plan<br/>
