PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Course Description: This activity aims to capacitate all teaching and nonteaching personnel of the District of
Kalamansig I on the new trends of research and strengthen the alignment of research initiatives with the Basic
Education Research Agenda (BERA). Moreover, it sets out to promote a culture of carrying out quality researches
and innovations in every school.
OBJECTIVES
Objectives:<br/>Terminal Objectives:<br/>To capacitate all teaching and nonteaching personnel of the District of Kalamansig I in conducting and making<br/>action researches in their respective schools.<br/>Enabling Objectives:<br/>1. Strengthen alignment of research initiatives with the Basic Education Research Agenda (BERA).<br/>2. Capacitate teaching and nonteaching personnel on the new trends of research techniques and<br/>methodologies.<br/>3. Foster the culture of conducting quality researches and innovations in aid of evidenced-based policy,<br/>formulation or enhancement, program development, and replication of research-enabled practices.
