PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The aim of this program is to provide guidance on developing and implementing a mental health policy in the workplace. It is intended as a resource to help employers protect and improve the mental health of their workforce. The focus of the program is on policies and plans within individual workplaces, in relation to the broader policy and regulatory context of the country.
The primary audience for this program comprises any person or group responsible for developing and implementing a mental health and wellbeing strategy, employers, employees, human resources professionals, occupational health professionals, mental health professionals, social workers, and other employee organizations.
The 10-hour program is dedicated to lectures, workshop and interactive activities.
