PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This four-hour learning engagement aims to empower and provide guidance counselors, psychologists, educators, social workers, and other helping professionals the new mindset, feeling of control, and tips for managing stress and time to meet professional commitments. This session is designed to give space to the participants to reconnect with themselves and reflect on their thoughts, feelings and actions in setting and maintaining boundaries both at home and at work. This will help them to stand up for themselves and take care of their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being through evidence-based practices.
