PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The training will be conducted to identified 5 teams in the elementary schools with the highest number of non-readers and non-numerates in order to address the learning loss brought about by the pandemic. The teams will learn the 10 CI steps through this 4-and- half day training workshop, which they will be the stepping stone in coming up with projects that would address the literacy and numeracy gaps. Likewise, school heads of the identified schools will join the training orientation for them to have knowledge on the salient features of CI Technology which will be used in providing support and in monitoring the project implementation.

OBJECTIVES

Objectives:<br/><br/>(Competence):<br/><br/>At the end of the Basic Training-Workshop the identified school CI Teams will:<br/>1. understand process management in translating learner needs to process Key<br/>Performance Indicators (KPIs), mapping and implementing the process that will<br/>achieve Key Performance (KP) targets;<br/><br/>(Output):<br/>Prepare a change management plan;<br/><br/>(Outcome):<br/>Apply process simplification and visual management in improving processes using<br/>the CI Methodology.
