PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The session will focus on what challenging conversations are about & why is it important to master the art of managing the dialogue. It will also cover the different aspects that get in the way of having crucial conversations & different strategies to utilize to be successful in meeting the outcome desired in a dialogue.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of this session, participants will be able to: <br/>(1) Define crucial conversation & identify what gets in the way of engaging into one.<br/>(2) Understand the value of mastering the skill of crucial conversations in our daily lives.<br/>(3) Identify effective strategies to utilize in crucial conversations to achieve best outcomes.<br/>(4) Apply the strategies in case scenarios presented.
